In the early hours of Tuesday January 16th, we discovered approximately 60 cannabis plants at a location in Cambridge Road, St. Neots. The plants were at various stages of maturity and have been seized, along with associated growing equipment, which will now be documented before being destroyed. An investigation into those involved is underway, however no arrests have been made at this time. We will take action against those responsible for the production of cannabis. A1123 Huntingdon Road, Wyton – Police received several calls reporting horses loose on the side of the A1123 near the Hartford Roundabout shortly after 8:00 am on Thursday 11th January. Traffic was disrupted for a time until officers arrived when one horse was located and persuaded back into its field. (Ref CC-11012018-0088)
St Ives Road, Hilton – Intruders broke into a construction site on St Ives Road, Hilton, at some time during the night on Thursday 11th / Friday 12th January. A house undergoing renovation and builders’ metal containers were broken into but nothing is thought to have been stolen. (Ref CF0022010118)
