Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire police forces are working together to develop a new online information and reporting function for the public to use as an alternative to calling 101 for non-emergency matters.
The plan is for this exciting new function to be ready to launch early in 2017, but to ensure that it meets the public’s needs, an early version is already available and we are looking for people to test it and share feedback on their experience.
The police really value your opinion and would therefore be grateful if over the coming weeks you need to find some information or report a non-emergency issue to the police that you take time to visit the pilot online ‘Contact Us’ function. Even if you do not need to report something but you have time to review the content and share your thoughts we would welcome them. Access is through the ‘Contact Us’ link which you will find on the top right hand side of the force website.
Please be reassured that while this is still in its development stage, all of the information you will find on it will remain up to date and anything that you report through it will be forwarded to the relevant department to be dealt with.
In an emergency always dial 999.
The new function can be accessed via the following link: https://www.contactcambspolice.uk/. Please provide any feedback using the text box on the front page.
Thank you for your support.
