Unknown offender has have gained entry into a locked cycle shed and stolen a locked silver gent’s mountain cycle.

Unknown offender has taken a mobile phone which was left on a bench at the skate park.

Unknown offender has taken the front number plate off a grey Vauxhall Zafira.

Unknown male offenders have attempted to break into a property via the front door. They were disturbed and left.

Northstowe Development, Station Road, Longstanton.
Unknown offender has stolen a 3 tonne excavator and a hydraulic breaker attached from a construction site.

Green Close, Hemingford Grey – Police received a report of a car crashing through the fence of a house on Green Close, Hemingford Grey, and damaging a garden shed, before being driven away, on Friday evening, 13th October. Police were quickly at the scene and were able to trace the registered owner. A person was arrested for driving with excess alcohol. (Ref CC-13102017-0536)

 

Rideaway, Hemingford Abbots – Police received two reports of a suspicious car with foreign number plates stopped on Rideaway at around 6:00 pm on Sunday 15th October. One report mentioned that the occupants seemed to be trying to flag passers by down, and the suspicion was that this was a scam in which worthless items would be offered in exchange for cash, on the pretext of having run out of fuel. A police patrol was dispatched and officers searched the area, but the car could not be found. (Refs CC-15102017-0414 and CC-15102017-0426)

Nobles Field, St Ives – Police arrested a man after he ran away when challenged near Nobles Field, off The Thicket path in St Ives, on Monday afternoon, 16th October. The man jumped in the river to avoid officers, but was later apprehended and taken into custody for questioning, after being checked over in hospital. (Ref CC-16102017-0244)

Unknown males have tried to take the display Apple iPhone 7’s.

Unknown offender has smashed the lock on the gate to gain entry and has stolen cables from a skip.

Unknown offender has drilled a hole through the rear, door mounted, index plate and through the door beneath of a white Volkswagen, Transporter van whilst it was parked on the street. No entry was gained.

Unknown offender has smashed a rear patio door window, turned the key which was in the door and gained entry and taken cash and jewellery.

Unknown offender has slashed the curtain on the side of a lorry and taken tubs of chocolates while it was parked in a lay by on the A14.

Unknown offender has gained entry into a white Ford Transit van and taken a sat nav and power tools.
